Cini
In the beginning, during the 19th century, Cini operated as a humble workshop, producing cloth, coarse blankets, and finer fabrics. Over the years, the company made a qualitative sartorial leap, but the deep love for the original woolen mill and respect for craftsmanship have remained strong.
They developed a curated array of garments, non-seasonal and anti-trend, crafted from traditional workwear silhouettes. These pieces are deeply rooted in the Venetian lagoon and rural lands. The incredible archive maintained by the Cini family plays a key role in this precise work. They preserved everything meticulously, from fabric swatches to weaving dimensions, patterns, and cloth experiments.
Each hat, blanket, cloak, shirt, or overcoat tells a unique story. These pieces reflect almost two centuries of sincere artistry. Cini shapes an open, respectful dialogue between maker and wearer. From start to finish, each product reflects the philosophical touch of true artisans.
Their hands skillfully mend the woolen thread and use historic techniques to carefully shape the fabric into its final form.
